This week, I have been working on being honest to myself and honest to others. I want to open myself up and encourage more to talk about their issues, and help someone grow.

I created a series of videos exploring a life lesson I learned for each of my 11 years of Naval Experience.

Today, I saw a bunch of young students going to Navy school for their jobs, and they all looked so defeated. I talked to as many as I could, but I thought, I really just need to understand their value to the world. I wish I could talk to them all. Also, I edited and released videos that I wish someone would hear and feel valued. I’m talking about remembering the value that you bring to your organization.
